

Approval
The design team in Rivercolour work hard to ensure each print job is perfect. Please play your part in this by helping us to check your proof copy. When you receive a copy of the artwork for the approval, you might find it may not be of the same high standard as the original. Don't worry, it is the usual case. Your final print job will be of the same high quality as we have agreed when you are placing your order.
When checking the artwork you should look out for your contact details (telephone, address, map .. etc), layout, punctuation, spelling, prices, typeface, colour and any information that you would like to be included. If you would like any amendment, simply mark on the artwork and send back us and we would make the appropriate changes for you.
Once this form has been signed and returned to us we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, whether or not they appeared in the original job instructions, unless they are clearly marked on the attached proof. We will hold all work on this job until you have signed and returned the approval forms to us. Please note that any changes or additions, rather than corrections, made to either copy or design at this stage will cost extra.
